By utilizing our infrastructure, you agree to comply with these terms. Please review our Privacy Policy regarding our RAM-only data retention practices.
1. Nature of Service: Volatile Identity
TempMail123 provides a volatile SMTP relay service. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Service availability is provided on an "as-is" basis using high-concurrency Golang infrastructure.
- Storage Windows: Data retention is temporary and varies by session type (300s, 600s, 900s, or up to 60 days).
- RAM-Resident Cache: All incoming mail is stored in volatile memory. We do not provide long-term disk-based archival.
2. Acceptable Use & Security
You agree not to use the TempMail123 relay for:
- Illegal activities or any form of cyber-attacks.
- Receiving critical financial, medical, or legal documentation.
- Abusing third-party service registration systems (Sybil attacks).
- Any purpose that violates the security and integrity of our SMTP engine.
3. Privacy & Public Access Warning
⚠️ High-Risk Warning:
Temporary email addresses are transient and not private. Anyone with access to an active session ID or the specific address name may view incoming content. Do not use this service for sensitive account recovery.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
TempMail123 makes no warranties regarding SMTP delivery rates, domain reputation, or persistence. We are not liable for:
- Failures in receiving time-sensitive verification codes.
- Sudden domain blacklisting by third-party services.
- Loss of data due to session expiry or RAM-clearing protocols.
- Actions taken by third-party platforms based on the use of disposable emails.
5. Modifications of Service
We reserve the right to rotate domains, update our Golang relay architecture, or terminate specific SMTP pools at any time without notice to maintain overall system health and privacy standards.
